You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

When creating an account or submitting any form — including booking requests, crew scheduling, estimates, reviews, or surveys — you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. False, misleading, or fraudulent submissions may result in account suspension, cancellation of bookings without refund, and permanent ban from the Site.
All pricing, weight, and time estimates provided through the Site — whether generated by our AI-powered estimator or otherwise — are approximations only and are not binding quotes. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer acknowledges that they understand that prices given are estimated and are subject to change before the actual relocation, move, or job is confirmed. Actual charges may vary based on inventory, site conditions, distance, access difficulty, and other factors discovered on moving day. A final, binding price is confirmed only by a TTLS representative or the completed invoice.
To secure a booking, a commitment deposit equal to 10% of the estimated service total is required, subject to a minimum of $100.00 and a maximum of $500.00. Deposits are collected through our secure third-party payment processor. The remaining balance is due and payable on or after the moving day as agreed with TTLS. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made outside of our stated cancellation window.
Your privacy matters to us. Personal information you provide — including name, email, phone, and address — is collected and used to deliver our services, process payments, and communicate with you about your booking. We do not sell your personal data. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described therein.
The Site and all estimates, content, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TTLS does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components, or that any estimate will be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTLS disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
